REBECCA HART FLORATINA With Hart's experience, Floratina has produced some of the most consistent scores in Grade III competition this year and nearly marked an 80% in the Para Grand PRix Freestyle at the World Equestrian Cender CPEDI3* in Ocala in March, where the pair received a 79.745%.

Rebecca Hart got involved with the Paralympic movement in 1998 at a regional competition in Atlanta, Ga. It was at that competition that Hart decided she wanted to aim for international competition. Hart purchased her first horse and began to train for national and international competition. Over the years, Hart has represented the U.S. at several international events, including five consecutive Paralympic Games. Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games led to her best team finish yet, as a member of the bronze medal-winning U.S. team aboard El Corona Texel.

Floratina enjoyed a successful career in FEI dressage, including an appearance at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, with Canadian Lindsay Kellock, as well as with Canadian Chloe Gasiorowski, before switching hands to veteran U.S. Paralympian Rebecca Hart. The pair debuted for the first time in Austria at the Stadl Paura CPEDI3* where they earned strong marks in Grade III competition. Since then, the pair have earned more than 25 wins together in both the U.S. and in Europe.

FIONA HOWARD DIAMOND DUNES With Diamond Dunes, Howard impressed in both the U.S. and Europe, earning victories across the board in Grade II competition. The duo have steadily continued to improve their marks, which currently sit above the 74% mark in all tests,

Fiona Howard started riding as a young child in England - participating in an array of equestrian sports, including eventing, jumping, polocrosse, and polo at her local Pony Club. Fiona originally started her international equestrian career in reining, including appearances at the 2016 FEI European Reining Championships for Juniors and Young Riders. Howard was diagnosed with a rare muscle disorder called dystonia and moved to the United States (Boston, Mass.) for ongoing treatment. She was told she may never be able to ride again. After enrolling in Northeastern University in Boston, Mass. to be close to her medical team, Howard decided to try riding again, even as her conditioned limited physical control below her torso. Soon after, she began competing in para equestrian dressage, officially marking her first international start in 2022. Howard will contest her first Paralympic Games for Team USA this summer in Paris.

Diamond Dunes is a newer mount for Fiona Howard with the pair debuting in March of this year in Ocala, Fla., at the World Equestrian Center. The duo have seen their scores steadily increase with each outing, making their mark in Grade II competition. The pair have had a successful season in Europe with outings in Manheim and Hagen, collecting numerous wins.

KATE SHOEMAKER VIANNE In 2024, Shoemaker debuted a new mount in Vianne, with whom she will compete at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. The duo have been one of the strongest combinations in the world in Grade IV competitions, never finishing outside of the top three in their partnership so far.

Kate Shoemaker earned her first world championship medal as a member of the U.S. Para-Equestrian Dressage Team for the FEI World Equestrian Games™ (WEG) Tryon 2018, earning bronze in the FEI Grade IV Freestyle. Her additional accomplishments include being named as the FEI WEG Normandy 2014 alternate; the 2015 USEF CPEDI1* Para-Equestrian Dressage National Champion; and the Adequan®/FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Championships presented by Gotham North team, individual, and freestyle gold medalist. Shoemaker also made her Paralympic debut at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games as a member for the bronze medal-winning U.S. team. Shoemaker also secured team bronze and won individual silver at the 2022 FEI Para Dressage World Championships hosted in Herning, Denmark.

Nickname: V Owner: Norcordia USA Groom: Katherine Barrett Gender: Mare Breed: American Hanoverian Disciplines: Para-Equestrian Sire: Vitalis Dam: Raureif Foal Date: 6/6/2016

Vianne started her career with able- body athlete Hope Beerling, making her debut at the FEI World Breeding Championships for Young Horses in Ermelo, NED in 2023 as a seven- year-old. She was scouted as a potential mount for Paralympian Kate Shoemaker and the duo made their first CPEDI start in February of 2024.

ROXANNE TRUNNELL FAN TASTICO H The duo came close to breaking the 80% in their most recent Para Grand Prix Freestyle and will look to make their mark on Paris, with their selection to the U.S. Paralympic Equestrian Team for this summer's competition.

Roxanne "Roxie" Trunnell is a Paralympic individual gold medalist for Grade I and as part of the bronze medal-winning U.S. Para Dressage Team from Tokyo 2020. She is a three-time Paralympian (Paris 2024, Tokyo 2020, and Rio de Janeiro 2016) and three-time FEI World Equestrian Games™ U.S. Para-Equestrian Dressage Team member (Herning 2022, Tryon 2018 and Normandy 2014). At the WEG Tryon 2018 she and Dolton won the bronze medal in the FEI Grade I Freestyle.

Nickname: Fanta Owner: Karin Flint Groom: Rafael Hernandez-Carillo Gender: Gelding Breed: Oldenburg Disciplines: Para-Equestrian Sire: Fuerstenball OLD Dam: Weltmeyer Foal Date: 5/5/2017

Fan Tastico H joined Karin Flint's string of para mounts for Roxanne Trunnell in late 2023. The duo made their competition debut together in March of 2024 in Grade I earning impressive scores in the Para Grand Prix A & B tests. The duo marked a career high score of 79.375% in the Para Grand Prix Test B at the Tryon CPEDI in June, securing their number one ranking among the U.S. para combinations in 2024.

LAURA KRAUT BALOUTINUE

Laura Kraut’s illustrious career began when she received her first riding lesson at the age of three. Encouraged by their mother Carol, Laura and sister Mary Elizabeth took riding lessons together throughout their childhood and still work together today. Her first big break came in 1992, when she was named an alternate to the U.S. team for the Barcelona 1992 Olympic Games. Eight years later, she made her Olympic Games debut in Sydney, riding Liberty. In 2008, she was part of the gold medal-winning U.S. team at the Beijing Olympics, riding Cedric. In 2021, Kraut was a part of the silver medal-winning U.S. team at the Tokyo Olympics with the horse we see this time again, Baloutinue.

Kraut took over the ride in early spring 2021, with Baloutinue's ownership moving to St. Bride's Farm.

This combination arrive here after a strong showing at CHIO Aachen in Germany as their final event prior to Olympic team selection, finishing second in the prestigious Rolex Grand Prix of Aachen CSIO5*. The duo will be contesting their first Olympics together.

MCLAIN WARD ILEX

McLain was introduced to riding before he could walk. In 1990, he became the youngest rider ever to win both the United States Equestrian Team (USET) Medal Finals and the USET Talent Search at age 14. After turning pro, he quickly became the youngest rider to reach the $1 million mark in earnings in 1999, at the age of 24. This week he will become a six-time Olympian. He was a member of the gold-medal-winning U.S. teams in Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008 with Sapphire. With HH Azur, he was part of the U.S. team that took silver at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Ward was also a team silver medalist at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games riding Contagious.
